This form stays open for 24 hours only,
and it is not first come, first serve
On the booking date:
-Click on the “Book appointment” page, and fill out the form
-Once the 24hrs is up, you will receive a response with available dates/times
*Please know, we try to wrap this process up within a few days, and those months book up VERY fast.
